Good people with good learning environment
Pros
I have joined during work from home times so my review is based on that 1) Team leads and senior staff are very helpful 2) They try to make you work on every module 3) They go through proper process of requirement analysis, design and time estimate before giving task to developer 4) I joined in September and still I received an increment in March. The increment was small for everyone post covid pandemic times. But I got it within 6 months of work. 5) The salary structure for me had no deductions only PF,gratuity and professional tax, Now they have added mediclaim deduction which was affordable and one time adequate deduction
Cons
I did not find any Con , There was good amount of work which gave little load So no con has been noticed from my end.
