Cons

Working alongside Management (in certain Divsions) can be difficult. Even though the company is called 3M, it will feel like many small companies, not always working together.

3M is an outstanding company with a very strong innovative culture. I enjoyed my role there and really respected the people I worked with. They are well positioned for years to come. 3M prepared me for significant growth in my career and gave me a unique perspective of business development strategies.
