Standing for 12 hours at a time. Packers can't sit, but some operators will let u sit in their chair

Work is made easy and simple

Cons

Even being a summer temp, I can see that there are plenty of problems within the organization - stagnant workers, team leaders with a "me" mentality and not caring about the team, etc.
