Just a number, CEO sucks, they only care about the bottom line and not your job performance. There may be some age discrimination going on too.

Innovative company, many businesses that developed products that are important to other business operations.

Cons

The company has losts their way with only short term wall street focus. Since turning into a financial company vs. the original innovation company. Only way executive management knows to meet wall street demands are to eliminate jobs. Actual development of products, or innovation true to the core has all been reduced. Recycled executive team just brings that same ideas
