Pros

-No micromanagement -Managers are always improving and are open to suggestions. -If you want to change careers they allow you to do so. -They always pay on time. -If you want to learn something new they give you the tools, maybe not quickly but they help you learn. -There is gender equality. -They do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. -The work is 100% remote. I only visit the office for social purposes and/or to pick up an extra monitor.

Cons

-Salary is competitive but in my experience getting a raise is a little bit complicated. in other places they give you an annual raise due to inflation but not here. -They give you so much freedom that you may feel lost and if you don't have experience asking for help you may feel overwhelmed. But if you ask for help you get it. So if you have doubts about anything ask. They will help you. -Sometimes it takes them a while to give you your work equipment, which can make you doubt if you really have a stable job or if they will let you go. But in my experience it's because of lack of communication.

Pros

Until about 3 years ago it was actually a good place to work, you could get easily lucky enough to be on a project with a team driven by the right motivation.

Cons

Then the firm bought other firms and quickly moved into increase profit, please the client no matter what, mount managers on working the team members as machines, promoting them as this would bill the client more, but get something out of the employee as well because of this. What do I mean? Establish a plan with big targets, and push the person to jump on solving tasks that nobody understand or they run from, motivating that otherwise he/she will fail on his/hers plan and this doesn't come without consequences. The result? people lose their direction, and end up forgetting what being a team player means and focus entirely on keeping appearances (that they know the drill, they can solve the problem/world). Too bad, another corporation replacing people with money. Good for you, 3 Pillar! Oh, and lets not forget about the fact that only employees from leading roles up get contributions to an optional extra pension pylon in Romania, and I think that this says it all.

Pros

3Pillar culture is like no other companies I've worked before, they care about the employee, since day 1 they make sure you are feeling comfortable and you have all you need, at regular work their management team run checkpoints with you and the client to make sure how you feel and provide feedback. Great benefits and amenities.

Cons

nothing that I can think of.
