Pros
- Availability of web training on udemy & pluralsight - Bench system (when not assigned to project you get a task to improve some internal system or has a free time to self study)
Cons
- Company will give you choice of the project. Problem is that company tends to up-sell the project heavily. In the end you end up working different job that initially described. - In recent year, or so, company canceled most of the benefits
