      This is an organisation that will provide you with ample opportunities to learn and constantly challenge your status quo so that you can improve and grow. With its competitive initiatives and focus towards core values is a key motivator of every aspects of the decision taken by the organisation. All in all no matter if you are stepping into the professional world or a seasoned one, there is room for growth for everyone.

      I wouldn’t say there are any major cons as we have strong feedbacks system and its effective implementation.

      The company values and promotes software craftsmanship - you can participate in communities of practice and multiple growth programs are offered to help your career. The culture of open collaboration is valued and promoted. You have an opportunity to collaborate with some of the greatest talents around the globe, with variety of projects to choose from - rotation is also encouraged if you want to.

      Cons

      Some processes and decision making is not optimal due to rapid growth, but management is aware of that and working on making that better.
