      The company is so stable, they always set your salary on your account on 14th or 29th (or 30th if the month is of 31 days), have a regular/good culture.

      Cons

      If you're outsourcing, they doesn't have available their benefits and doesn't meet 1:1 with you.

We also acknowledge the feedback on the team members working with us on contract. As a practice followed across organisations, benefits for contractual team members are defined by their employer however we always encourage them to participate in team activities and get togethers to harness the power of one team.

      Had the fortune to be in a great team initially Encouraged to grow and learn and given ample opportunity to do so Minimal judgment and great communication with management Great initial salary

      Ended up on lesser projects Unclear requirements Imposed to work with technologies I didn't want to Harassed by HR for made up offences
