Good place to start if you don´t have much experience
Pros
Being an apprentice in 3Pillar is a good option for those who are entering in the tech field, they give you a good salary even if you are just learning and practicing. Access to tech content to study and prepare yourself for future work. You can choose the path you want in the the tech field, for example the tester path or the developer path, you can even choose the programming lenguages you wnat to learn. Even as an apprentice I was allowed to work from my home. The benefits as the SMM, chritsmas bonus, IMMS, infonavit, etc were available for me since day one, even as an apprentice.
Cons
It is really difficult for them to give a you a project, when you are an apprentice you are also in bench, and you stay here nor even for months, but maybe for more than a year, this is good and bad: Good because they are not going to fire you just like that, they are going to try to find you a project with a real client. Bad becauseif you want to grow fast it´s not going to be possible here, you are going to stay as a Junior or trainee for much time until the find you a project, this includes the salary of course, it's not going to increase meanwhile.
