Pros

Work from home. Better job if you are in HR, no need to do anything.

Cons

Mgmt lacking in project execution. Too much bookish. Short projects. It is the time for TPG to introspect the processes/leadership which is required for them to succeed. It has an abundance of processes/people at a senior level which are just an overhead than value for the business. I worked for them for a few years and surprised to see that these people are doing nothing except drawing huge paycheques. They know how to make fool of everyone by spreading the false positiveness around the stupid initiatives. Hundreds of platforms are existing today to learn and share but they have confined people in shallow initiatives. The idea is to safe their jobs than doing something meaningful. This is the organization which is overcrowded with such people. For a better future and strong footprints in the industry, they need to develop real craftsmanship than ineffectual leadership. One of my friends got an offer from them and asked me to share my experiences. So, if you are technical and want to do something significant than just being a scrum master (most of the managers are doing that only) then avoid TPG.

Pros

- Very powerful drive of company growth and market leading - Very well organised Talent Engagement and HR department.

Cons

- Cisco in general has a very chaotic way to work and is extremely hard even for new senior employers to get acquainted to their style of workflow. In particular Automation team. - Too inexperienced management . Managers let the client dice and slice through every employers to the point it's unbearable to remain a team. Three people of different experience track record a team in less than half a year. - 3PG is very well known to switch employers to different departments once in a few months. No stability in any means possible. - Working with any client's developer is a extremely hard and a single mistake will cost you greatly, being a told afterwards you are hurting the reputation of the team in the backwards.
