We are so glad to read that you like the work environment of 3Pilllar and are happy with the quality of work, our management, and work life balance. We are an organisation that believes in making our employees feel comfortable in the work environment and the management trusts their people and hence allows them to work in their own space. We believe in working hard and partying harder.
We invest a lot of time in grooming our managers to be better people managers and they are investing even more time on it to work on their grey areas.
About onsite, we have examples of people traveling out for work at almost all levels. Hence, onsite travel is not restricted to levels but the requirement of client and type of work.
