Also, we highly believe in sensitising our employees on different cultures and giving them exposures outside the organization through onsite visits as and when required. It totally depends on the type of work and client requirement.
We always invest in benchmarking ourselves with market in compensation, benefits and best practices..Salary increments for an individual also depends upon the performance, skillset, potential etc.
