The projects sometimes are too short and you spend a lot of time on bench

As it always has been a tradition in 3Pillar Global, employees are getting punished by incompetence of top-level management. Yearly wage increase was never a thing here, however, now, it is newly on "maybe you'll get some compensation in the future but probably not" basis, since the compensation is based on the company goals which were not met since I joined.
