      Flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      Zero employee loyalty. The company and owner views employees as disposable commodities. If you take a job here know you are viewed as easily replaceable.

      Terrible, rude, condescending & demeaning “leadership”

      Relaxed work from home policies...until they BOMBARDED me with zoom calls to “check in” aka spy

      Cons

      Hired me on the premise of “unlimited pto”. Told them I had 3 days preplanned BEFORE I signed my offer only to receive an email from my boss stating she was “extremely disappointed” that I was on PTO and that she was referring me to HR. I had a family emergency, and these people were so rude and made it clear that their workplace culture is toxic. Please DO NOT work with these people as they make you feel less than and treat you as disposable.

      They're no longer interested on a strong onshore presence

      - Good benefits - Relaxed WFH policies

      Cons

      - They'll start you with decent compensation, but raises are extremely scant, sometimes even insulting - The company is far more interested in margins from their offshore workforce than they are in investing in and developing talent in the US
