Thank you for taking out time to share feedback. We are glad to receive your positive feedback around learning opportunities and friendly working environment. With our existing learning forums like COP, Tech Nuggets, we encourage our team members to keep learning and upskilling. As much as we appreciate the overall feedback and have been reflecting on it, it is hard to agree on the growth opportunities getting reduced after certain level. Though we certainly agree that job expectation enhances with every increasing level. We encourage our team members to go through job expectation document available on company intranet portal and seek facilitation through Individual Development Plan from managers & leadership, to be groomed for a faster career growth.
