      Pros

      You are treated super well, the people are nice, great plus for incredible organisation and multiple perks including gym, transportation etc. Usually not very stressful (but depends on what project you are)

      Cons

      difficult to advance, sometimes they don't have the right opportunities of projects for your skills

      Pros

      Great focus on craftmanship. People are great - strong technical acumen, great team players, true sense of community. Impressive brands in the clients portfolio. A culture of freedom and empowerment. Ideas and initiatives are welcomed.

      Cons

      There is a lack of structure and discipline across leadership teams that is visible throughout the entire company. Very fast growth but without the systems and practices needed to actually integrate and sustain new clients and people. The place where great people come to work and... easily burnout or leave.

      Pros

      Relaxed work from home policies...until they BOMBARDED me with zoom calls to “check in” aka spy

      Cons

      Hired me on the premise of “unlimited pto”. Told them I had 3 days preplanned BEFORE I signed my offer only to receive an email from my boss stating she was “extremely disappointed” that I was on PTO and that she was referring me to HR. I had a family emergency, and these people were so rude and made it clear that their workplace culture is toxic. Please DO NOT work with these people as they make you feel less than and treat you as disposable.
