      A great place to work and grow, even if it's in the middle of nowhere

      Pros

      For myself, I have felt incredibly supported here. All my managers have seemed to genuinely care about my professional growth. The people at the company truly care about their craft, which is making great products. As long as you finish what you've committed to, there's very wide leeway to explore or spearhead initiatives no matter what seniority level you're at.

      Cons

      Location is not metro accessible, for those for whom that is a concern, and is not walking distance from pretty much anything besides a suburban shopping center.

      Pros

      You will not find another company where all the employees are so passionate about what they do. The company really invests in career development, benefits and culture.

      Cons

      Some growing pains but they are being worked out.

      Pros

      They found me a good contract job with a good company. I really enjoyed my contract position, and the people I had the opportunity to work with.

      Cons

      My contract was extended several times but no one from 3Pillar called me to discuss, the manager at the business I was contracting for would ask if I wanted to continue. Any communication with 3Pillar after the start date was initiated by me.
