Pros
Some good people who try to support you despite not having support from the company.
Cons
No raises or bonus for years. The company has been in the red for several years. The leadership team is always talking in bad metaphors, and have no connection to reality. No culture, I have no idea who is in the company beyond my team. A single HR person from the US for the Canada team that has no familiarity with Canada and how it works, and it's mostly absent. Seems to always be using the cheapest technology. Essentially no IT team.
