High adherence to stated values, especially integrity. Management genuinely cares about employees. It's a fun environment. Very good clients and projects. The company does innovative work for big names, like Geico and Capital One as well as some smaller companies.
Cons
The company is still working through some typical growing pains like building infrastructure. There is daily improvement in areas like systems and processes. Communication isn't always consistent.
