Thank you for sharing your feedback, with the good and the bad. Downtime between projects is a normal part of our business. The shadow and internal teams projects which we have in place should allow people without one to get involved, grow, learn new skills and sometimes even work on their own initiatives. We appreciate your input on this, and realize there is always room for improvement on the way we manage this period of work to make it more engaging and less distressful.
