Good place to work for a while

Pros

If you come here with a good offer after that it depends all on the project. But overall fully remote, good vacation bonus per year, infinite PTO after you use your legal days for vacation.

Cons

Since 3pillar acquired tiempo has not been very transparent in their process. Career path is imposible now, few projects, no christmas parties or gifts, share payment has been very low each year, don't expect salary grow if you even do a great job.

- Great opportunity to learn as an apprentice/junior. I was lucky to be on a project from the start - I had a supportive and knowledgeable manager - they have Udemy subscription for the company - fully remote - you can go to the office if you want - business trips to the client’s location (depends on the client you are working with) - they paid a QA course for me - BBST

Cons

- one year without a salary increase due to COVID-19 impact - removed some of the benefits (7card, Bookster, summer party ...)

Pros

Great work environment, good salary and med private insurance, I will definitely go back to work there, good memories.

Cons

Projects don't last long, I rotated several times from project to project, but that's how software consultants companies work, it's always risky for layoffs.
