As it always has been a tradition in 3Pillar Global, employees are getting punished by incompetence of top-level management. Yearly wage increase was never a thing here, however, now, it is newly on "maybe you'll get some compensation in the future but probably not" basis, since the compensation is based on the company goals which were not met since I joined.

a while ago this company was worth working for, the salaries were right, projects were cool, now clients are leaving one by one, salary increases are really really small, compared to other companies some salaries are a joke
