Pros
It is a nice company but it depends what your expectations are. It outsources technical people and it depends a lot on the project you are working on, who your client is and what is their attitude. Generally 3PG management is ok. I found a lot of flexibility and understanding regarding my work schedule.
Cons
A lot of benefits have been cut during the last couple of years due to economical reasons. Sometimes it makes you feel unappreciated and distant from upper management.
