      Cons

      no ethics no culture! They use to fire women in maternity. And did not bother when employees go to sue them. Ultimately they have 0 cultural value and no empathy for anyone.

      Pros

      If you come here with a good offer after that it depends all on the project. But overall fully remote, good vacation bonus per year, infinite PTO after you use your legal days for vacation.

      Cons

      Since 3pillar acquired tiempo has not been very transparent in their process. Career path is imposible now, few projects, no christmas parties or gifts, share payment has been very low each year, don't expect salary grow if you even do a great job.
