      Pros

      Generally decent workplace, good place to start growing, also a good place to be blocked unless you change projects, which can be troublesome at times. Some managers are awesome, some don’t seem to care about the people they “lead”. Good people left some time ago.

      Great people, WFH, Flexible time

      Cons

      In the last 7 months, the company lost the route, we missing the leadership of David, you can ask your boss about the future and they don't have an answer, and the bench policies are really bad, I know for a lot of layoff from great people.
