Thanks for finding out time to write about the organization’s work culture and endorsing the clients. We always try to keep our team members motivated by involving them in both works and play. It feels good to know that you noticed the same and appreciates it. Also to add, being on the bench at times is part of jobs in IT sector but we believe in retraining and upskilling our team members in order to widen their scope of work which allows them to explore newer technologies and projects while on the bench. As most of our clients are US based, there are occasions when our team members have to work in the evening.
