Thanks for thinking high about our work culture and learning environment. Our L&D and management team is always on its toes to work for growth of team members. We are an organisation that believes in maintaining good work life balance. We always keep ourselves upgraded with the market pay scales and keep having market studies of pay scale in order to maintain market standards. We select our projects based on a lot of factors like latest technologies, good vision, good revenue generator, etc. Also, the management team believes in working on the growth of every team member in the project as that is important for the organisation to grow further. We are glad to see you writing your views about the organisation here at this platform. Thank you for endorsing the good perks and benefits. We would like to highlight that we are an organisation that put in efforts to make the journey of an employee the best possible to make them stick to the organisation for longer. Most of our employees are very long tenured and are stable with the organisation because of all the good factors like work life balance, nature of work, etc. Hiring for bench is a part of IT industry as we need to keep some resources ready for upcoming demands of existing as well as new projects. Hence, hiring for bench is one of the strategies for safeguarding future requirements. Please feel free to write at isha.gaur@3pillarglobal.com for more insights.

Thanks for finding out time to write about the organization’s work culture and endorsing the clients. We always try to keep our team members motivated by involving them in both works and play. It feels good to know that you noticed the same and appreciates it. Also to add, being on the bench at times is part of jobs in IT sector but we believe in retraining and upskilling our team members in order to widen their scope of work which allows them to explore newer technologies and projects while on the bench. As most of our clients are US based, there are occasions when our team members have to work in the evening. We have a flexible work culture and our employees can choose their working hours Please feel free to speak personally at talentengagement-india@3pillarglobal.com. We would be happy to help however required.
