Excellent work-life balance with supportive colleagues. Exposure to diverse projects and opportunities to learn. Decent compensation policies and prompt payments.

Cons

Lack of coordination in certain projects due to weak project management. Sudden layoffs are handled by asking employees to resign immediately, though the company does offer two months’ salary in such cases.
