Good side money or potential full-time job, just a few cons

Schedule flexibility/work when you want Pay is pretty decent (my average is $20 an hour typing at 70wpm)

Cons

Many jobs with bad audio which can be frustrating Captioning standards can sometimes be difficult/unnecessary

Pros

- They are very laid back and nice to their contractors - The pay is decent for a transcriptionist company, though, it could be a bit more. - You can feel comfortable knowing you can work for them for a long time. - They offer great training. - Working is very flexible. You can work as little or as often as you want.

Cons

- There's not enough work to go around for everyone. - They hire too many contractors. - Pay needs to be a bit higher. I get some jobs that are difficult and they pay little for them. - I can't think of anything else negative. - They're a good company.

not much. its a startup

Cons

poorly run startup with no direction. leadership plays favorites. There is no sense of direction or guidance for new employees. Fake expectations. severance is a joke to keep you quiet. Leadership will lie straight to your face.
