Pros

I got forklift certified while working there. which doubled my work, didn't reflect in pay at all. At least they recycle well.

Cons

Never have i seen such behavior from a manager. Terrible work environment with dirty bathrooms.

Pros

- The Benefits are pretty good, but expensive (On-site Clinic and gym) - There are company events - While there is a lapse in structured training, co-workers are usually happy to help - Management is easy to approach and communicate with - Management is flexible and seem to care about employees - 3form is all about process improvement, which is nice to experience; there is a lot of change and trial and error

Cons

- The pay increases are not inflation-friendly - There seems to be some favoritism of employees and cliquey-ness in the office - Employees are only allowed to work from home 12 days a year when the job is easily done from home when needed - Company has the JUST label, but racial and sex based demographics are only proportional to the state’s - which is the bare minimum (the label is somewhat participating in tokenism of minorities and women) - Lack of diversity
