This company cares about its employees. The people are awesome the culture is inclusive and perks are everywhere. Our CEO is an amazing human being that makes himself available to all. He and his leadership team are passionate about taking care of people and I truly believe in their vision for the future. I want to be here to do my part, and see how far we can take it.

Cons

We do hard things. Nothing worth while is easy. If you are competitive and don't shy away from a challenge, its well worth it. Be positive, collaborative, and determined. Don't fall into the negativity trap. Its what you make it.

culture is based on tenure not work. also claim to be forward thinking but if you go against the grain of those higher up you will fail.
