Pros

Great product when used correctly, great technical expertise in fabrication, some great people in the office to work with.

Cons

Sales force is entitled and lacks basic product knowledge, untrained and not managed, unaccountable. They could not sell a concept- they are 100% dependent on office staff to sell their products. Management has been unable to match the product and processes to customer needs. Customer experience is the #1 problem and there are not attempts being made to correct it. Low pay, no advancement, 50+ hour weeks, no standard processes for work. Best jobs at 3form are in the factory.

Pros

Onsite gym with trainers at a discounted rate

Cons

HR will protect bad managers even if you have proof of harassment or favoritism. Good luck moving up through the company.

Pros

No positives to note whatsoever

Cons

They tried to make me quit my previous job immediately after interviewing me. They don't hire you on as an actual employee they make you start through a temp agency. They tried to hire me on without even discussing pay which for those wondering was barely above minimum wage for a fabrication job. I made more working retail than I did here. They say they work a 9 hour shift but in reality they worked us 11 hours a day. Turnover was so high that the long term staff refused to learn your name until you got hired on permanently. You will not have a social life if you take a job here.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you experienced during your time with 3form. It’s our goal to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. We regret that our process made you feel pressured to quit your previous job immediately. We understand that starting a job through a temp agency might not be ideal for everyone. This is a step in our hiring process for certain roles designated to ensure mutual fit and it helps us manage staffing needs. We acknowledge that pay transparency is critical. We strive to ensure that all compensation discussions are clear and upfront, and at market value. We also aim to provide accurate information regarding work hours during the hiring process. If you have any additional comments or questions, please email hr@3-form.com.
