      Pros

      - The Benefits are pretty good, but expensive (On-site Clinic and gym) - There are company events - While there is a lapse in structured training, co-workers are usually happy to help - Management is easy to approach and communicate with - Management is flexible and seem to care about employees - 3form is all about process improvement, which is nice to experience; there is a lot of change and trial and error

      Cons

      - The pay increases are not inflation-friendly - There seems to be some favoritism of employees and cliquey-ness in the office - Employees are only allowed to work from home 12 days a year when the job is easily done from home when needed - Company has the JUST label, but racial and sex based demographics are only proportional to the state’s - which is the bare minimum (the label is somewhat participating in tokenism of minorities and women) - Lack of diversity

      Good company, terrible role

      Pros

      Benefits package, many great co-workers, sense of community, mobility within the company (sort of).

      Cons

      Heavy workload, lots of responsibility, very little support from leadership or other departments required to do the job well. And it paid about the same as someone answering calls at the front desk.

      Pros

      I worked here for the past 6 years and came in at a pivotal time in the company's progression and was able to add significant value during my time there. They had good insurance, nice office space, average PTO.

      Cons

      At the end there was a change in management brought on, likely, by the company's acquisition by a global investment firm, 3G Capital. After a couple of months my position was eliminated abruptly as, likely, a cost cutting measure. This was in stark contrast to the communication that management initially communicated that my services would be in high use and critical to the company.
