Pros

Fairly young company that is agile, hungry, and excited for change. There is a willingness to change and improve unlike any other organization. Great leadership team with some recent additions. Very much looking forward to the future!

Cons

Some typical office politics, but nothing that can’t be overcome.

Pros

It has a clean an organized environment to work in, a staff room for lunch break amd free drinks.

Cons

The restrooms are sometimes messy and tagged up in the stalls and some stuff choose to have selective hearing.

On site gym, on site doctor, vacation time (I get 4 weeks plus the week between Christmas and New Years)

Cons

No room for growth. I stay because the other perks can’t be beat.
