      Great Product, Great People, Rough epartment

      Pros

      Great product line and overall company direction. They are constantly coming out with new innovative and on-trend products. Great poeple to work with.

      Cons

      The Sales Coordination department was a undervalued and the pay was very low for the amount of work and stress for the position. This contributed to the revolving door for this position. Immediate supervisors were aware of the difficulty, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears any further up the chain. This contributed to the revolving door for this and the supervisiory role to this position.

      - New sales leadership lacks ability to inspire and motivate the team. - unnecessary administrative work has been added to micromanage - large price increase implemented with no warning

      Toxic Team

      Pros

      Good base salary! Work from home, independence to create and accept, new concepts and ideas on how to approach the market place.

      Cons

      Team members, are toxic, favoritism is rapport through the company. Week is packed with company meetings, making it difficult to make time to interface with clients and meet company outside meeting quotas. Projects are taken away from sales people by bending rules that are in place by the management team. They would like you to participate on national sales call even though everyone talks over everyone else to rally for attention. Project Managers were not helpful, curt, short and under pressure to perform.
