The people are top knotch - Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. 3form takes care of their employees, and is always trying to engage and celebrate them. I like the CEO and CCO's vision for the company

Great culture overall. Good employee parties, activities, etc. Pay is pretty good.

Cons

Basically ZERO work from home, even through COVID (except the first couple months), and even for jobs that could EASILY be done from home. We had very good candidates who would not accept job offers because of it and we had great employees quit because of it. Also, most of leadership responsibility was put on 3 people, and then one of them turned out to be working 2 jobs. SMH.
