      Pros

      Wonderful management, great work culture, encouraging bosses, friendly atmosphere, multi-national presence and it is a great learning experience working and being a part of the company.

      Cons

      financial difficulty impairs its ability to provide more benefits to employees but they still manage to do their best for the employees.
