If u work under a one team more than 1 year then u will get repeated work which bored u.

Pros

On-Site possibility even though not for a very long duration.

Cons

1. Terrible deadline 2. Hell load of work 3. Nothing much to learn 4. Low hike 5. No cab facility for female employees even if they have to work till late in the evening. And nobody bothers to look into it. They just want work to be done at any cost. 6. No work from home. 7. You have to maintain 9 hours (atleast) minimum everyday. 8. Even for minor issues there are escalations (even those which can be handled by just normal discussion.) 9. Top management just wants to please ppl in onsite.
