Pros

Joined as Fresher. Got international client side opportunity for project implementation. Lot of exposure to technology you are working in and functional domain. Liberty of work although it depends on your manager. HR is helpful.

Cons

Worked in obsolete technology. Not allowed to internally switch if you get opportunity. Management not so good. Lot of work pressure in support team.
