      Pros

      At the start of your career, one should try to work with a company which provides opportunities to its newbies. 3i is one such company.

      Cons

      Company is not financially stable which leads to various issues- less increment, bonus, investment on employees, infrastructure, basic requirements. Having said that, 3i is technically not weak.
