      Pros

      Good building,furniture also good.and having CMM level.

      Cons

      Interview panel means filled up with politics and recommendations. As a fresher it is okay. Mostly people speaking in tamil, so no professional.

      Pros

      Wonderful management, great work culture, encouraging bosses, friendly atmosphere, multi-national presence and it is a great learning experience working and being a part of the company.

      Cons

      financial difficulty impairs its ability to provide more benefits to employees but they still manage to do their best for the employees.

      Pros

      People who do not work on ICICI projects still have a decent work life balance but if you were interviewed by ICICI Bank people, AVOID IT. Best thing is 2 month notice period, which would allow you to use this as a launchpad and find other jobs once you've spent 6 months - 1 year in this dull environment. .

      Cons

      If you're not on ICICI project you won't get the salary on time. HR is there just for namesake. You raise an issue, they'll hear it out but do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. NEVER TRUST THE VARIABLE COMPONENT they show in CTC. You'll NEVER get it and they will not get any straight answer as to why it wasn't paid out. USE ALL YOUR HOLIDAYS as there is NO LEAVE ENCASHMENT. Once you leave the company they'll make you run from pillar to post to get your documents. They'll hold your notice period salary forever.
