Pros
No work, very relaxed environment for certain departments. Good for people who are looking for stop gap arrangements.
Cons
IT department is very bad and useless. Salary was always late. Vendors are not paid on time. There are many winding up suits filed against the company. Join the company at your own risk. The HR department is the most pathetic. Most of the people are in support function are nincompoop. There is no sense of urgency in any department. Too many process for anything and everything.
