This is a Better place to learn more in technical field. A really Good atmosphere to word Salary part is not satisfying

Except salary there is nothing to get worried about Senior are really caring and helpful sometime that makes you feel like you are still not matured

Pros

No work pressure, Fix timing, very good company for the peoples who wants to be settled without any salary hike for many years.

Cons

No salary hike even if you complete 4-5 years in company. Team leaders who are here from long time has lower salary than new employee of his team. Company is in loss continuously Office infrastructure is very much similar to any government office. No latest technologies. P4 computers, CRT monitors,you will get very dumb 10 years old machines for development No fun at all
