Can give a fresher a good foundation for a great career ahead! Not so preferred for experienced candidates!

Pros

Freshers get a good exposure to workflow, they are sent to client sites on different assignments which are rather handled by more experienced resources.

Cons

Work environment is not so great and the managers are observed to be unprofessional at most times. Work pressure is high, sometimes ruining your weekends for no extra pay or any benefit! Even the transport or food expenses cannot be reimbursed.

Cons

There is always pressure on delivering results. But not victimising though. Good company to work with. Open environment. Rewards naturally depends on acheivments and results.
