      Pros

      Excellent on the job exposure. You get to experiment and learn by doing things independently. Products division has need for skilled developers.

      Cons

      Once the financial squeeze set-in, was difficult to retain good talent, and the office atmosphere quickly deteriorated. New management was not taking the right measures. No real hike in many years.

      Pros

      Only thing i got to improve is my time management skills.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all. I was on client location for my entire tenure. No process, no proper management. There were multiple occasions when i had to go to office at 3am. Very bad experience

      1. Mass recruits freshers 2. There are still good managers and teams, you would love to work in those teams as fresher

      Cons

      1. No process 2. Management is not that good 3. Freshers can be asked to work on any technology, it is only your luck will decide
