      Pros

      Good exposure to client at a relatively less experience in career . Relaxed working environment if you are deployed in offsite office. Not many stuffy employee policies Provides very comprehensive training for new joinees/trainees, not sure if it still continues.

      Cons

      It is very far away in having employee friendly policies found in big IT companies. At times things can get very repetitive and boredom can set in. Not easy to change projects as their offices are scattered and there is no one big development centre. Many of the employees are deployed at client side in Mumbai itself and their working conditions are not that easy.
