      Pros

      Got an opportunity to sell product in several countries around the world and met some great people. The pressures and opportunities of a global company were laid bare

      Cons

      The culture needs to be worked upon as the deals were being bought but they could not be delivered on time or meet the functional needs of the customers. This has lead to steep fall in market standing

      1. Good exposure to a variety of activities ranging from design, sales/pre-sales, management, costing 2. Offers challenging work 3. Very good for freshers to learn

      Cons

      1. Team HR to improve a lot - policies not employee friendly as of now - was good earlier 2. Sales interested in number of sales rather than value 3. Understaffed in some teams 4. Lower management politics - though this could be very location and team specific and not generic

      Pros

      if you have capability, you will get lot of exposure which surely you dont get at CMMI 5 level companies. Salary of new hires would be always high. So can ask any amount you expect.

      Cons

      HR department does not have enough control on the system. Low appraisal. Not fair appraisal and promotions. No motivations available.
