      Good to start a career You will get to learn many things at fresher level Learn to handle pressure during critical situations And also you will be trained to play politics very well which is very important

      Cons

      No increment No value for hardwork Same old technology Very bad for experienced people Partiality during appraisal. So you should start apply butter polishing your higher authorities if you want to keep growing here.
