      Pros

      its abt 3i infotech consultany services, if u deputed to Samba, u will get a good salary. Except salary..dont expect anything.

      Cons

      its not an IT organisation coz of below qualities : 1) Unprofessional 2) Useless HR of 3i especially at Samba 3) No security of Job 4) No Policy 5) No hierarchy Overall it should be 0.5 out of 5 rating
