      Great to launch a career -- not a great place to stick around after a few years.

      Pros

      Compensation is not terrible when compared to industry counterparts.

      Cons

      Inferior and out of touch management -- whose primary objective is to "get the deal". Far less focus is invested on the quality of work, efficiency, or timely deliverables. Don't work here if you looking for a very long term career. My opinion of this place is: it is ideal for starting off as a fresher out of college - but not such a great place to stick around for many years. It's a massive H1B visa shop.

      Pros

      exposure to all types of responsibilities. can put your hands on many pies. grow quicker in terms of knowledge interaction with clients and onsite visits perfect place for a fresher flexi in and out timings

      Cons

      bad infra structure - bad seating arrangements, etc lot of bureaucracy favorism to favorites onsite per diem is bad no one cares about your personal life expected to work 24/7 appraisals rarely give what you deserve poor ideas for company get togethers I can go on but I will stop here.
