      exposure to all types of responsibilities. can put your hands on many pies. grow quicker in terms of knowledge interaction with clients and onsite visits perfect place for a fresher flexi in and out timings

      Cons

      bad infra structure - bad seating arrangements, etc lot of bureaucracy favorism to favorites onsite per diem is bad no one cares about your personal life expected to work 24/7 appraisals rarely give what you deserve poor ideas for company get togethers I can go on but I will stop here.

      you will ave to work and struggle for everything, even if you want to do good work. In this way you can learn.

      worst management HR is puppet managers favor their favorites no processes Not employee friendly Worst thing when you want to leave, you found trapped courtesy 3 months notice period. This notice period they even do not buy. Egoist managers take revenge by holding employee 3 months, even if their is no work that how can he aspire to be better. Serve employees as servant Uneducated managers (with10Th or 12th)
